American Lumberjack Throwing Axe Raffle Rules

PURCHASE OF AMERICAN LUMBERJACK ASSOCIATION (ALA) MEMBERSHIP IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MULTIPLE PURCHASES WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

Adults aged +18 years are eligible to enter the raffle. Raffle winner will be responsible for providing proof of age (Photo ID with DOB). If a person below 18 years of age is drawn to win, they must have a legal guardian sign for the prize before it is shipped from the ALA.

2. Raffle Rules/Conduct

You must purchase any ALA membership to be entered to win.

ALA memberships purchased between 1/1/2021 and 6/1/2021 will be entered into the raffle using their receipt number. (Reciept numbers are added automatically to the contest) and a winner will be drawn by 6/5/2021. 

The winner of the prize will be contacted by the ALA president and must confirm that they wish to receive the prize.

ALA will ship a Tuatahi throwing axe to the winner after receiving confirmation. 

If the winning membership refuses the prize, receipt numbers  will be re-drawn until a winner accepts.
